And also… Happy Easter

Don’t worry – you didn’t miss several months – just a few press deadlines.  Can you believe it?  The press are already talking about Easter  issues and summer specials.

PR is one of the most long term marketing strategies you can consider but it does have the benefit of offering huge returns over those time scales .

So whether you are an old hand, new to PR or just thinking of taking your first steps, plan well in advance, build you PR plans around the rest of your communications and marketing strategies and consider the press deadlines.

You might be planning a new product launch this year – if so, have you identified the deadline s, understood what needs to be done when and put everything in place?  It might be fine to leave the adverts to the last minute but press deadlines wait for no man!
