Flightlink Executive Travel achieves international quality management standard with Certification In

Flightlink Executive Travel has gained certification to the internationally recognised Quality Management Standard (QMS) – ISO 9001:2008. The certification was awarded by Certification International.

Achieving the standard makes Flightlink, which has its head office in Swindon and operates a fleet of 22 E Class Mercedes Benz, one of the first dedicated chauffeur companies in the South West to achieve the standard.

Mike McCartney, Managing Director of Flightlink, comments: “We are continuously looking at ways we can differentiate ourselves from the competition. Achieving the quality management standard ISO 9001:2008 is one of the ways we felt we could do this. By implementing a rigorous quality management system we have a much better operational system which allows us to improve the service we offer clients.

Certification International’s UK Business Manager Emma Fawcett-Jones comments: “As a leader in our own field we are delighted to help Flightlink become a leader in its sector. They are now one of the first companies in executive travel to have achieved this important international certification. By demonstrating its commitment to improving its quality management systems, Flightlink are already seeing significant benefits throughout its operation.”
