The Meetings Show confirm continued partnership with Soaring Worldwide

The Meetings Show has confirmed the re-appointment of strategic communications and PR agency, Soaring Worldwide.

Soaring Worldwide has worked with The Meetings Show for more than three years through all show cycles and will now work with the Centaur-run event through to the 2016 show. Soaring Worldwide will focus on maximising the show’s profile whilst supporting various aspects such as social media, marketing and literature.

The social media campaign created and implemented by Soaring Worldwide for the 2015 show has also been recognised by being shortlisted for two major awards.

“The results that Soaring Worldwide has achieved over the past year have surpassed everything that has come before,” explained Steve Knight, Event Director of The Meetings Show. “They continually develop and create ways in which to boost the show’s position within the industry and their on-site support of the show this year was vital. The 2015 show was received well within the industry and their efforts have certainly been a big part of that. We are all looking forward to working with them throughout the 2016 show cycle.”

The Meetings Show’s continued growth has meant it will be moving into Olympia Grand between 7-9 June 2016 and Soaring Worldwide will once again play their role in the must attend event for the UK inbound and outbound meetings industry.

“The results from this year’s show have been remarkable so we are naturally delighted to be continuing what is a strong partnership,” said Adam Baggs, Creative Director of Soaring Worldwide. “We are more than just a PR agency for The Meetings Show, we are part of the show team. We have achieved excellent results across the entire year and on-site and now we look ahead to what is a very bright future for The Meetings Show 2016.”

Soaring Worldwide is a Cirencester-based strategic communications and PR agency which specialises in the security and events industry with key clients including the Barbican, Church House Conference Centre, Grass Roots Meetings & Events and Magenta Security.
