Searcys’ growth plans supported by new Head of Business Development

Searcys has strengthened its team with the appointment of Tom Pass as Head of Business Development.

Tom brings a wealth of experience to the newly created role. He will focus on new venue partnerships and taking the Searcys brand into new spaces around the country.  He joins in a year that has already seen Searcys open two new locations, with a strong pipeline inherited for the coming months.

Tom, who will join Searcys’ executive team, already has knowledge of the company having worked within another trading brand of its holding company.  He is a previous winner of the Acorn Awards, which recognises the skills and dedication of the brightest prospects in the hospitality industry.

“With Searcys on track to increase its portfolio of more than 30 venues I am excited by the impact Tom will have in his new role,” comments Matt Thomas, Managing Director of Searcys.  “The UK venue scene is constantly changing.  It is of paramount importance that we support our current clients whilst adding like-minded venues, bars and restaurants as the opportunities arise.  We are focused on the development of Searcys as an exciting and creative food service and hospitality provider – Tom will play a key role in that change and our growth.”
