Church House Conference Centre has once again achieved BDRC Continental VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation for 2014.
The latest accreditation recognises the venue’s exceptional facilities and commitment to customer service. The VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is given to venues recording a Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from 40 or more Business Event Host responses across the whole year.
2014 was a golden year for the Westminster venue. Not only has Church House achieved BDRC Continental VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation in each of the four quarters in 2014, it also achieved Aim Gold accreditation.
Church House Conference Centre’s General Manager Robin Parker comments: “Quality is always top of the agenda as it provides a platform for us to provide clients with outstanding customer service. To be once again recognised by BDRC Continental VenueVerdict as a Gold standard venue is extremely satisfying because it is based on the responses of people who have experienced our service first hand. We continually strive to deliver outstanding client experiences. Accreditations such as this recognise the entire team for their commitment to excellence.”
BDRC Continental client services director James Bland commented: “We are delighted that following the assessment at the end of Q4 2014 Church House Conference Centre has been awarded the VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.
