Legends ASM Global, the world’s leading venue management and event strategy company, will return to The Meetings Show 2025 with a strong presence that reflects its expanding and diverse UK portfolio, alongside a growing European footprint.

New to the stand this year is Valliant Live in Derby, now operated by Legends ASM Global. Opened in early 2025, the £45 million venue has already proven a success with the local market. Centrally located in the UK, Derby offers easy national connectivity, and Valliant Live delivers a flexible mix of event options, from its 2,100-seat auditorium to multiple breakout rooms and exhibition space, making it a compelling choice for a wide range of event formats.

Olympia will also be a key part of Legends ASM Global’s show presence. Set to open its new conference centre in 2026, Olympia is part of a £1.3 billion regeneration project. Visitors can explore the venue’s future capabilities through virtual tours, offering a first look at what’s set to become one of London’s most iconic event destinations, with a large auditorium, 14 meeting rooms, 2,000 sqm of flexible space, and premium hospitality options.

The Legends ASM Global stand will also feature Utilita Arena Sheffield and Sheffield City Hall for the first time, plus there will be opportunity to learn about the new Southport Marine Lake Events Centre. These additions underline the group’s commitment to enhancing its regional offering and delivering dynamic solutions for organisers across the UK.

While the focus remains on UK venues, Legends ASM Global’s growing European portfolio will also be represented. Legends ASM Global team members will be on hand to introduce visitors to international venues including LX Factory Lisbon, Chorus Life Arena Bergamo, and the Stockholm Live portfolio.

“This year’s show is a chance for us to spotlight the incredible breadth of our UK venues and how they continue to evolve to meet the needs of today’s event planners,” said Zoe Ward, sales director, C&E for Legends ASM Global. “Whether it’s iconic city centre arenas, flexible regional spaces, or landmark venues like Olympia, our focus is on providing world-class infrastructure, local insight, and seamless service.”

Legends ASM Global will host its own stand at The Meetings Show (B43), with individual representatives from across the portfolio on hand, as well as central team members able to support wider UK and European enquiries.
