Alongside my work in PR, communications and business events, I continue to offer a small amount of one-to-one support for adults dealing with stress, pressure, confidence challenges and the demands of professional life.
This work combines my training as a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist with more than two decades of commercial experience, including running a business, advising senior leaders and working closely with organisations across the meetings, events, association and communications sectors.
The focus is executive resilience coaching, informed by Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
It is designed for people who are functioning, leading and delivering, but who may also be carrying significant pressure behind the scenes. That might include business owners, senior executives, managers, consultants, event professionals, association leaders or others working in demanding roles.
Support may be helpful for people experiencing:
stress, overwhelm or burnout risk
pressure linked to leadership, visibility or decision-making
reduced confidence or self-belief
difficulty switching off
sleep disruption connected to work pressure
presentation nerves or performance anxiety
the need to reset, refocus or think more clearly
the challenge of managing teams, clients or competing priorities
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a practical, forward-looking approach. Rather than spending excessive time analysing the problem, it helps clients understand how the brain responds to pressure and how positive, manageable steps can support better thinking, improved resilience and a greater sense of control.

Where appropriate, sessions may include guided relaxation or trance, as used within Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Many clients find this useful because it creates space for the mind to settle, process and rehearse more helpful patterns of thought and behaviour.
The coaching element allows the work to connect more directly with the realities of professional life. For some clients, that might mean exploring boundaries, confidence, leadership pressure, communication, workload, motivation or the expectations that come with senior roles.
This is not business consultancy, and it is not advice-led coaching. The aim is not to tell people what to do. It is to provide a calm, confidential and structured space where clients can think differently, reduce internal pressure and begin to move forward in a more constructive way.
In practice, the work can support people to:
feel calmer and more in control
improve sleep and recovery
approach challenges with greater clarity
reduce the impact of stress on day-to-day thinking
rebuild confidence
manage pressure more sustainably
perform more effectively without constantly operating in survival mode
Sessions are usually delivered online, making the support accessible regardless of location. In-person sessions may also be possible where diaries and travel allow.
Availability is intentionally limited, allowing me to focus and deliver the best possible results. Anyone interested in exploring whether this approach may be suitable is welcome to contact me directly for an initial conversation.
