The Gherkin has unveiled its refurbished Private Dining Rooms at an exclusive showcase, attended by more than 60 agencies and corporate clients including Capita Travel and Events, BNP Paribas, Regus and Cardano.
Clients were invited to the launch event, held last night (August 23), giving them a preview of the work undertaken before they are officially re-opened. The Gherkin’s Private Dining Rooms form part of the iconic tower’s unique offering and have seen unprecedented demand with a substantial increase in occupancy rates.
The exciting refurbishment project has seen both rooms given a fresh new look whilst retaining synergy with the Perrier-Jouet and Chivas brands. Each room has been beautifully decorated to reflect each individual brand, whilst offering guests a vista that stretches across London.
As part of the evening, guests were treated to a range of new and creative items from the canapes menu created by Executive Chef Barry Tonks including Perrier-Jouet macaroons and Chivas whisky truffles, while sipping on Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut and Rose champagnes. A Chivas whisky tasting rounded off the evening in style.

The Chivas room can accommodate 18 guests in a boardroom style and 24 people for a theatre set-up, whilst the Perrier-Jouet room has the capacity for 24 people in a boardroom configuration and 32 theatre style.
