Searcys has added the world-renowned St Paul’s Cathedral to its iconic collection of restaurants, bars and venues. Searcys, whose strength is built on consistent delivery of creative food and beverages, will provide catering and event management services at the venue. They have been tasked with bringing a fresh and innovative approach to both the café and event catering at the venue.
Colin Gray, Operations Director for Searcys at St Paul’s, said: “St Paul’s is a stunning and unique location that has dominated the London skyline for over 300 years. It provides such history and heritage and is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world – a truly special place to have afternoon tea or hold an event. Colin went on to say; “We are honoured to be able to add St Paul’s to our diverse collection of venues and with Searcys’ innovative and contemporary approach to hospitality and catering, we are certain that it will become a venue of choice for businesses from the corporate, agency and association sectors.”
Searcys have recently opened Wren’s Pantry at St Paul’s, a relaxed and elegant setting for breakfast or lunch, with barista-made coffee, fresh soup, salads, sandwiches, homemade cakes, sweet treats and ever-changing hot food options. Coming soon will be Wren’s Tearoom, where guests can enjoy an elegant afternoon tea served with a selection of sparkling wines.

Rooms available for hire include the Wren Suite, Temple Bar, Nelson Chamber, North Churchyard, Chapter House and The Crypt, which can accommodate various sizes from intimate dinners of 20 to 250 guests for a seated dinner or a standing reception.
