One of the UK’s most iconic live event venues, OVO Arena Wembley, managed by Legends Global, is gaining new traction in the conference and events market following the launch of its Coors Lounge earlier this year as well as a move to in-house F&B provision from this week.
Opened in late Spring 2025, the Coors Lounge has already hosted a series of successful business gatherings, from corporate receptions and brand meetings to internal strategy sessions, proving its value as a flexible, premium space within the wider venue.
In addition, from this week onwards, OVO Arena Wembley has brought its food and beverage provision in house, ending third party delivery. The move gives organisers a single team across venue operations and catering, faster decision making on menus and service, tighter quality control, and clearer costings. It also unlocks more tailored menu design, stronger sustainability oversight across sourcing and wastage, and a smoother guest experience from arrival to departure.
Spanning 250m² and accommodating up to 200 guests, the Coors Lounge features lounge-style seating, a private bar, kitchen, and dedicated facilities. It lends itself perfectly to networking events, canapé receptions, cabaret-style presentations, and smaller meetings; and has also been successfully used as a breakout space alongside larger arena events.
By day as well as by night, the lounge provides flexible event space thanks to significant amounts of natural light, provided by a wall of windows, which can be blacked out as necessary for presentations and screenings. It also sits between two adjacent lounges that work perfectly as breakout rooms, each with a capacity of 80, enabling multi-room programmes within a compact footprint.
Recent highlights include a central marketing meetings from a leading global brand as well as private sessions hosted by Coors. These are in addition to a growing number of pre- and post-show hospitality bookings tied to live entertainment. Looking ahead, the team is working with a global retail business on a multi-day booking that will utilise all three lounges, it is also hosting regular breakfast meetings for the local market, evidence of the space’s growing appeal across sectors and formats.
“We’re pleased with the momentum we’re seeing,” said Sorrel Ward, Sales and Marketing Director at OVO Arena Wembley. “Clients are responding to the space because it offers something fresh, self-contained and ready-to-go, especially for those looking to meet or entertain in a memorable setting. In addition, bringing catering into the venue team lets us respond faster and design experiences that fit each brief. From fresh, seasonal menus to streamlined service and clearer pricing, organisers now have one point of contact and one accountable team, which makes planning simpler and delivery more consistent”
While the arena continues to deliver large-scale events, the Coors Lounge provides an attractive alternative for smaller, high-touch events or satellite meetings. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of three major train stations, Wembley’s hotels and retail quarter, and over 500 on-site parking spaces. As part of the Destination Wembley partnership, OVO Arena Wembley collaborates closely with local partners, including Hilton and BOXPARK, to offer organisers integrated options for accommodation, catering and social programmes across the Wembley Park campus.
