Lucky number seven as Church House achieves BDRC Continental VenueVerdict Gold

For the seventh consecutive quarter, Church House Conference Centre has achieved BDRC Continental VenueVerdict Gold Accreditation.

The latest accreditation has been awarded to the Westminster venue for the period ending Q3 2014, and once again recognises its exceptional facilities and commitment to customer service.

General Manager Robin Parker comments: “One of our greatest strengths is our reputation for outstanding customer service. Through our customer care charter we are able to consistently deliver excellent client experiences, with the entire team at Church House committed to making every event a success. To achieve the BDRC Continental VenueVerdict Gold Standard is recognition of the high standards we are achieving and will continue to strive for. It is even more satisfying because the feedback comes from people who have held events at Church House and experienced our services.”

The VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is given to venues recording a Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from 40 or more Business Event Host responses in the twelve month period October 2013 to September 2014. Furthermore, each of the four calendar quarters is required to contain at least ten responses.

BDRC Continental client services director James Bland commented: “We are delighted that following the assessment at the end of Q3 2014 Church House Conference Centre has been awarded the Gold Standard Accreditation. It is a fantastic achievement of which the entire team should be proud.”

Church House Conference Centre is also an AIM Gold accredited venue offering 19 flexible event spaces accommodating between 2 and 664 guests. The venue hosts a wide variety of events including meetings, conferences, awards ceremonies, gala dinners and receptions.
