The Barbican will open its doors on Thursday 10th September (8am to 1pm) to showcase its event spaces and capabilities.
Members of the Business Events team will be on hand to take tours of its event and meeting facilities in the Barbican Centre including the Conservatory, Cinema 1, Frobisher Conference Floor, Garden Room & Conservatory Terrace and Barbican Hall.
“The open day builds on our successful event at Milton Court back in June,” comments Oliver Hargreaves, Deputy Head of Sales at the Barbican. “The day itself will include informal drop-in sessions which will be an excellent way to see what the Barbican has to offer when it comes to meetings, conferences and events. We are looking forward to further engaging with the industry and welcoming those that have never stepped foot inside the Barbican before.”
At the same time Searcys will also be showcasing its catering offers and in particular its Autumn, Winter and Christmas menus. Breakfast, mid-morning snacks and a light lunch will also be on offer for those attending the day.
Those interested in attending the Open Day must register and pre-book sessions beforehand by emailing events.rsvp@barbican.org.uk.
