Last week, in celebration of both Valentine’s Day and The Oscars, 30 Euston Square hosted more than 300 buyers from organisations including Advantage Resourcing, Diabetes UK and Hire Space.
The ‘Glitz and Glamour’ themed event (Thursday February 16th) featured famous moments from a host of well-known romantic movies, as well as 30 Euston Square’s creative and inspiring catering and hospitality.
Guests were greeted by paparazzi as they walked down the red carpet on their way into the auditorium, where the theming included screenings of famous love scenes, movie props for photo opportunities, usherettes serving popcorn and a three-piece band playing well-known movie hits.
The creative catering included bubbles on arrival, Chef’s Academy canapes, steak and chips bowl food, chocolate making, wine tasting, an indulgent cheese stand, gravlax and seafood station and movie themed cocktails including Fred and Ginger Collins.
The event once again demonstrated the venue’s flexibility – in particular its ability to deliver serious content-led conferences and events in the day, supported by industry leading technology, before being turned into a creative and exciting venue for receptions, dinners, parties and awards in the evening. The event was the perfect opportunity to see the venue in action, delivering service led high end events for an audience that included a host of leading organisations from the corporate, agency, charity and association sectors.
Lauren Reading, Marketing Executive from Advantage Resourcing, said: “Once again the showcase has demonstrated 30 Euston Square’s ability to host a flawless event.
