Not a lot to say in any kind of detail about the Nikko. For a city based business hotel it was perfect. Certainly a notch above others I would put in their category.
Maybe it was the Japanese service ethos, maybe the rounded combination of service.
Not sure I would pay the rack rate listed in the bedroom but the deal I achieved through hotels.com made it a cracking option.
