More than 50 clients joined lane End Conference Centre last week for a sun blessed evening of prosecco, food and entertainment.
Supported by Drum Café, a key partner of the Buckinghamshire based venue, the event provided an opportunity for all the guests to take part in a live drumming experience using African drums.
The event made the most of a balmy summer’s evening with pre-dinner prosecco served in the venue’s 26 acres of parkland. Guests were then treated to Drum Café’s entertainment before sitting down to enjoy a lavish three course dinner.
The evening moved onto the Cedar Club where guests relaxed in the comfort of the bar style setting whilst enjoying the virtual golf, pool tables and a variety of other entertainment.
Positive comments from the guests on the night included Tania Gibson of Norgine saying: “We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be using the Drum Café, they were superb and very different to what we have done in the past.”
Her sentiments were echoed by Lynn from Wycombe District Council, who commented: “I wanted to say how much we enjoyed the Drum Café event on Thursday evening. The food was fantastic, the people we met were great company and the Drum Café were brilliant – although my hands were hurting for a few hours afterwards…”
“It is really important for us to regularly meet our clients and demonstrate the flexibility of space here at Lane End Conference Centre,” comments director of sales and marketing, Heni Fourie. “It was a great night, the weather was perfect and our clients had an opportunity to really wind down and do something different.”
Lane End Conference Centre, located in the Buckinghamshire countryside, is a dedicated conference venue boasting 26 acres. The venue has 104 en-suite bedrooms, eight main conference rooms and twenty-three syndicate rooms, giving event organisers space to host a successful conference, meeting or training workshop.
