Sandals Resorts is one of the most well-known and award winning hotels in the world with five brands and 24 properties across the Caribbean. Sandals are global leaders when it comes to Caribbean holiday experience but also in the meetings and events industry for incentive and group trips.
Soaring Worldwide’s campaign was based around sourcing and producing video content during a Sandals fam trip which took place in Jamaica. The fam trip promoted the award-winning venues’ conference facilities and our challenge was to enhance that using video which could be used on the Sandals website as well as social media channels and at trade shows.
Sandals Resorts organised the fam trip to introduce agencies to their incentive offerings. Visits to conference and meetings venues were balanced with incentive trips. Journalists were also present on site from industry publications to further enhance the exposure and coverage given.
A member of the Soaring Worldwide team joined the fam trip to produce video content which would help promote what the venues had to offer the industry. Soaring interviewed delegates, captured footage and edited the video back in the UK. We also dealt with press liaison throughout the fam trip to maximise the opportunities. Social media was also managed throughout the fam trip.

A promotional video highlighting the venues covered on the fam trip was produced by Soaring Worldwide and for use at tradeshows and through Sandal’s own media channels. The video will be used predominantly as a promotional tool.
