With offices around the world, Certification International is a global business but lacked a global brand. In our digital age, Certification International were found to be lagging behind with an outdated website that was inconsistent across its numerous markets. Another challenge faced by Certification International was technological inertia in the industry – the industry was very much paper-based whereas the world around them was going digital – this posed a serious challenge to their business.
Following extensive brainstorming, discovery and research our team established a new, focused set of messages, perfect for a business looking to expand further during the coming decade. Establishment of Certification International’s new brand included a focus on the visual elements, such as logos, adverts and collateral at well as dissemination of core messages across more than twenty offices and several hundred staff.
In response to the challenge of their digital presence, a translatable website with consistent branding was developed in addition to the complete production of the sub-brand, exero, to support their groundbreaking service providing online audits and assessments for certification. This completely refreshed Certification International’s digital presence and brought them up to date.

As an ongoing project the final results have yet to be seen but initial reactions are extremely positive and additional plans are already in place to ensure longevity and absorption of Certification International’s brand and message.
The response to Certification International’s website and digital presence has been overwhelmingly positive across their global markets and central office based in Swindon. The exero sub-brand has become an extremely important part of business on the strength of the service and brand.

I can’t deny it, our industry is not the most sexy in the world. But this could start to change… Soaring Worldwide are like a breath of fresh air.
